The WEB portal integrating, in ARM platform (Activity Resource Manager) the possibility of managing the staff activity carried out on missions.
ARM is used to control order advancement in environments where labor activities are relevant and to evaluate the variance between actual and budgeted times.
With ARM-Extra, data collection is placed at external staff or on mission technicians’ disposal. An internet link is enough to be able to keep times and order costs updated even when the mission stretches later than the end of the month.
The application enables to record the costs and to manage the technical intervention report to be submitted to the customer with the list of the activities carried out and the data required in order to document the intervention carried out.
The tool is completely configurable in terms of cost items and terms of payment agreed upon and can also compute travel costs according to car kilometer costs.
Among the application functions there is also the possibility of attributing the staff a configurable order visibility, i.e. possible external staff working on missions can operate only on the orders they have been assigned.
