The application has a configuration interface that enables the connection with all the installed I.S.I. applications in order to request report printing at specific times and with specific parameters transfer. For example, thanks to REX, the production manager can receive, every morning with his/her e-mails, an automatic e-mail with an attachment containing the production summing up of the day before stored products. In the same way the department manager can receive, some minutes after his/her entry time, an e-mail about the day’s absent workers. Also the after-sales managers can receive, every week, the list of repair forms open for more than a predefined period.
There is no limit to the tasks that can be scheduled and to the scheduler flexibility. Besides multiple day periods, multiple week or month days, you can also configure particular tasks to be executed on the last day of the month (even if the months do not have the same number of days).
In few words, REX automatizes all the reports that can be obtained from I.S.I. programs, reports that you automatically and repetitively recall every day, avoiding both parameters compilation and the waste of time for the application to print reports.
REX is connected with the company e-mail service but it can provide, besides e-mail distribution, also the produced files recording, so as to enable an easy connection with different software products for documentation management.
