News: E-COMMERCE activity new solution

I.S.I proposal for e-commerce solution is realized through a WEB portal that guarantees a bi-directional information flow between the company and its customers/agents who are given an access account by the administrator.
The application enables to quicken the company order acquisitions, leaving the purchasers responsibility for their correct filling in.
The company, in turn, supplies some information services, customer configurable:
- Ordered items status tracking
- Sales quotations issue
- Common area for document sharing (specifications or other)
- News letters visualization
- For agents only: detailed analytical information about the sales and customer credit checking.
The portal available functions are different according to the access profile (customers, agents, internal users).
Besides the application administration functions, the following procedures are available:
- Sales quotations management
- Price lists and discount management
- Order proposal management
- Order portfolio and customer credit
- Statistical processing
- File and document sharing
The application can provide a product configurator in case the managed items are customizable. The customizations are either free or selected from lists, according to the item type; the customization can be managed by rules (visible for some customers, hidden for others, or with a limited choice of the customizable values). The item configuration is made easy by the graphic visualization of the model to be configured: the product manual can be downloaded from the same window.
The application implementation mat require the integration with the company ERP system that contains the requested master data and info ( price lists, discounts, item configuration rules), avoiding useless duplications.
