Innovative technology and integrability

FOX represents I.S.I. proposal development in the production survey and acquisition data field. The web oriented technology enables to use a common browser for the total plant data visibility, also from remote locations. FOX can easily be integrated into company informatics systems in the different business areas such as ERP, Planning and Scheduling, Quality System, Presence survey, Tool Room and more. FOX is interfaced, in native mode, with FPS suite applications (LOGOS, PLANIX, MAX, PART etc.).

Data acquisition, monitoring and analysis

In real time and in a simple and immediate way, FOX provides information about machine working status, staff activities and production advancement. The Gantt diagrams enable to survey the production order phases progress and their advancement as to planned data, staff presence on the plant and the temporal sequence of the working status and the stop operating machine causes. FOX enables to make inquiries (customizable and exportable) about the collected data and process and analyze them.

Factory management

FOX is a complete production control and operative management tool. It includes performances often required in factory management, particularly in the execution of activities that make use of the on line availability of such system acquired data as on line:

• Quality Control for the periodical check of the produced parts, to optimize the production quality level and reduce waste;
• Non Conformity Management in production;
• Pre-Production procedure management through the definition of configurable workflows that organize and guide the execution of the activities preceding the production process.

- graphic visualization, for each resource, of configurable performance indexes;
- lots and ID codes traceability, waste and non conformity management;
- container management with on line accompanying documents printing;
- real time forecast of operations and orders completion, with delay indications;

- configurable data collection informatics infrastructure, with web terminals and PCs, Wireless devices (PDA or RF terminals), or, in automatic mode, with machine physical connection.
