FoX TQM is the full solution to Quality Management in production departments and incoming material receipt area.
FoX TQM is the complete tool that enables to define and manage the control procedures (control plans, documents, quality policy), to propose the staff the controls to be carried out, to guide the operator during the activity procedures, to acquire data from the measuring instruments, to record non-conformities, to list and analyze results.
Modular and scalable structure
FOX TQM is a WEB application easy to interface with the company informatics system.
Base Module enables the control plans definition and their article allocation. Many sampling calculation modes are available.
Monitoring Module visualizes outstanding controls, showing the time elapsed from their deadline.
Survey Module provides the input masks relating to control and measure requested by the plan, with operator and workstation Ids, date/time and result. Measurements can be automatized through control device direct interface. The documents and drawings attached to the control support the procedure execution.
Supervisor Module enables the manager to control the operators’ activities and to take the actions requested by the control results.
Non-conformity Management Module enables to configure custom procedures to waste management and/or semi-finished recovery, when their characteristics are non-corresponding to the requested parameters.
TQM in Production
FOX TQM is I.S.I. FPS FOX MES integrated; however it can be also interfaced with third parties’ MES.
MES connection, acquiring advancement declarations, enables to calculate and visualize the control execution deadlines automatically. The monitoring window visualizes the outstanding control requests in priority order. The verification procedure is activated by a simple click on the control related row. It is possible to print reports with the details and the results of the control carried out
TQM in Acceptance
FOX TQM is natively integrated into I.S.I. FPS LOGOS Management and Logistics System; however it can be also interfaced with third parties’ MES.
The new material (both purchased and on account for manufacture) receipt requires the execution of the relating controls. The monitoring window visualizes the outstanding control list, with urgency and delay indications relating to the material receipt date. The control activity execution priority can be varied according to urgencies. The System enables the interactive creation of inspection reports for the formal non-conforming material management.
FOX TQM can operate according to UNI ISO 2859 regulations.
